外傳國民黨高雄市左楠區立委參選人可能陣前換將，民進黨主席蔡英文21日說，不知國民黨是誰要代表來參選，但傳聞中的這幾個人選，跟劉世芳比較起來，還是劉世芳最讚，最好的選擇。

有媒體報導，國民黨已徵召的左楠區立委黃昭順可能改列全國不分區立委，並由張顯耀參選左楠區立委；稍早，黃昭順發表聲明否認，表示「本人身為黨職幹部並已獲徵召參選，一切自應忠誠服膺黨中央，目前正全力衝刺，擴展票源，絕無其他考量」。

蔡英文昨天在高雄市行程滿檔，市長陳菊及所有綠營現任立委及參選人統統到場，近午在蓮潭物產館接受媒體採訪，對於國民黨左楠區可能陣前換將一事，作上述表示。代表民進黨參選左楠區立委的前副市長劉世芳說，她有信心可以贏過50％。

被問到時代雜誌封面上的照片像「尤達」，她滿意嗎？蔡英文笑一笑說「不同感受」，要尊重攝影師，他對於照片他想表達跟詮釋的事情，這也是一種表達。

至於民進黨南部立委布局，蔡英文表示，希望現任能夠強化在地基礎，並再進一步深耕，2位新提名的劉世芳（左楠區）、賴瑞隆（前鎮小港區），優秀的政務官投入選戰，能更提高民進黨整體立委素質，讓戰鬥力更強。
